We offer International Standard Shipping at a flat fee of $5.95 and is calculated at the checkout process. We offer FREE Shipping on all Order Over $49.
Our Shipping consists of two sections:-
Processing Time: Verification of order details, sourcing, quality checks, and packaging. Orders can sometimes take 2-5 days to process after placing the order.
Shipping Time: The time is taken to arrive at the destination after dispatch from our warehouses. On average our customers receive orders from 10-25 business days. This is an average estimated time frame.

*This doesn’t include our 2-5 day processing time.

UNEXPECTED DELAYS
Please note, some shipments may experience unforeseen circumstances like customs delays, fewer in-transit updates, or show no movement until they reach the local delivery hub. You may experience longer-than-normal. Please allow 2-6 weeks for delivery (depending on your geographic location). However, most of our orders are delivering on time. If your package is taking too long to arrive , please contact our support team at contact@tslifes.com and we will work with you to resolve any situation. Thank you for understanding.
The Standard Lifes are not liable if the incorrect address is placed during the checkout process. Please make sure that your billing and shipping address is correct before processing your order. If we have made an error we will fully take responsibility of the original order that was made for you at no charge.
CUSTOMS
We are not responsible for any custom fees once the items have shipped. By purchasing our products, you consent that one or more
packages may be shipped to you and may get custom fees when they arrive in your country.
TRACKING INFORMATION
We will send you an email confirmation containing your tracking information as soon as your order has shipped.
MY TRACKING SAYS “NO INFORMATION AVAILABLE AT THE MOMENT”.
For some shipping companies, it takes 3-7 business days for the tracking information to update on the system. If your order was placed more than 7 business days ago and there is still no information on your tracking number, please contact us at contact@tslifes.com
